Once your purchase is confirmed and the file is delivered via download link or email, no cancellations, returns, or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances.

This policy is necessary because digital products cannot be returned like physical goods, and access is granted immediately after purchase.

We are happy to assist you in the following situations:

• You received the wrong file or download link.
• The file is incomplete, corrupted, or not opening properly.
• The file content does not match the product description.
